Extension of submission of offers and of comments on the draft of the Concession Agreement for the concession of a wide-range activities Casino Operating License in the Hellinikon - Agios Kosmas Metropolitan Pole and on the draft of the Land Agreement

Pursuant to Decision No 382/1/01.04.2019 of the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC), an extension for the submission of offers and comments on the draft of the Concession Agreement for the concession of a wide-range activities Casino Operating License (EKAZ) in the Hellinikon - Agios Kosmas Metropolitan Pole (Call for Tenders Ref. 1/2019) and on the draft of the Land Agreement is granted.

Specifically:

1. The deadline for the submission of offers is extended until May 31, 2019, 11:00 (time in Greece, GMT +2).
2. The deadline for the submission of comments on the terms of the draft Concession Agreement is extended until April 19, 2019.
3. The deadline for the submission of comments on the terms of the Draft Land Agreement is extended until April 19, 2019.

The remaining terms of the Call for Tenders remain unchanged.
