HGC draws up and revises a list of licensed gaming providers, including all the certified games, gaming machines, venues and professionals involved in legitimate gambling (White list).

It also draws up a list of unauthorized online gambling service providers (Blacklist).

The above lists apply to all gaming services, whether provided land-based, or online, or any other remote method.

Furthermore, in the context of the control of the marketing and sale of all types of gambling equipment in the Hellenic Territory, except for playing cards, HGC establishes a Special Register of gambling equipment providers.

In addition, HGC publishes on its website the games of chance played on broadcast and telecommunication media, for which the operator has submitted, as required, a Declaration of Acceptance of General Principles and Rules on the Operation of Gambling on broadcast and telecommunication media.
